Online therapy takes place through a secure, HIPAA- compliant video platform. You’ll receive a private link before each session, and all you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection.
Many clients find virtual therapy just as effective as in-person sessions, and often more accessible, flexible, and grounding.

At this time, I offer virtual sessions only. This allows me to provide consistent care while meeting clients where they are; physically and emotionally.

I accept several major insurance plans and work with a billing partner to make the process as seamless as possible. You can verify your insurance coverage and benefits directly before scheduling.
I also offer self-pay options for clients who prefer not to use insurance.
